These “software-as-a-service” (SaaS) applications are hosted in AEB’s Computer Centre and are accessed remotely via a Web browser. This allows access to important business applications without high initial investment costs and without allocating your important in-house resources to routine activities or highly specialised IT tasks.

SERIES||XPRESS options currently available

COMPLIANCEllXPRESS is a service offered by AEB which allows you to check the addresses of your business partners against any official sanction list whilst your share of work remains extremely low. Within a highly automated and extremely reliable process, your address data is checked against the officially published and legally binding sanction lists.

PARCEL||XPRESS integrates all the leading parcel services into a single Web interface, making it possible at last to compare prices and lead times. Find the fastest or most affordable service provider for your shipping needs. Once you have made your selection, all it takes is a few clicks to generate the corresponding DHL, TNT, FedEx or UPS label. You can even print the manifest document directly from PARCEL||XPRESS and transmit all data electronically to the carriers.

EMCS||XPRESS is an affordable online solution for excise traders that need to make electronic declarations under the new Excise Movement & Control System. This solution can be used for the quick discharge of e-ADs and the occasional submission of e-ADs. Traders with more demanding requirements can opt for the EMCS||XPRESS plus version that additionally connects to an ERP system.

ATC :: Export Controls monitors authorisations and obligations for cross-border commerce directly in the SAP® system and provides comprehensive export control.

ATC :: License Management administers and controls the licences used for export controls.

ATC :: Export Execution puts export management in its place: right into the workflow, documentation flow and user interface of your SAP® system. This solution is a flexible and secure method of handling all export formalities including export paperwork and declations to Customs.

ATC :: EMCS is a plug-and-play extension to SAP® that enables excise traders to handle Excise Movement & Control System (EMCS) electronic declarations directly within SAP®.
