Up to Go-Live and further
Our project teams are in charge for the organisation and implementation of all our customer projects. They are actively supported by our so called “AEB Project Office”.After the initial order confirmation from the client, the current processes are analysed and deadlines, framework and goals of the project are defined together with the project team and the customer. Depending on the individual case, we apply methods based on software development,
waterfall model or agile
methodology. The system is then set up and according to the respective
customer need, we implement customer individual functionalities and
documents and train the staff accordingly. All members of the respective
project are running tests together with the future users of the
installed system.
If everything runs smoothly, the client approves the system and the “Go-Live” follows.
